Course Map: 2022

Start near White Rose Bar and Grill close to Market St and head north on Beaver St. Right turn on College St, Right on Thackston, Left on Newberry. Follow Newberry across Market St. Left on Park at Farquhar, Right on N Penn, Right on Madison, Left on N Newberry. Right on Parkway, Right on N Pershing, Left on Hamilton Ave. Cross Beaver St and pass York Academy Upper School (water station). Cross George St to new part of the Heritage Rail Trail for short out and back. Turnaround just before I-83 overpass. Back To George St, cross to Hamilton, Left on N Beaver. Finish just N of Philadelphia Street at our traditional finish line location.

Views on Rail Trail: Many types of birds, including eagles, great egrets, great blue herons, belted kingfishers, common mergansers, and more.
Also a neighborhood park, recently developed gardens, gorgeous small bridge built for the rail trail.
On a clear day you’ll see the York City skyline on your way back, and a train across Codorus creek, complete with artwork.
