NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION FOR THE LIVE EVENT!!
All registration is online only. Online registration will open on August 1, 2020 at 8:00 AM.
Registration for the LIVE race closes on Wednesday, September 23, 2020 at 12 noon or when the race is full. NO REGISTRATION AFTER THIS TIME.
Registration fee is $25.00 until September 11, 2020 at 11:59 am when the fee increases to $30.00.

You can register for our LIVE race with the security of knowing that there are generous, flexible options in the event we are forced to cancel the LIVE race due to the COVID-19 crisis.
York County, Pennsylvania, where our LIVE race is located, is “green” per the Governor’s Process to Reopen, and this allows us to host a running event with up to 250 people. With COVID-19, it’s impossible to correctly predict the future. If our LIVE race should need to be canceled, and we certainly hope that won’t happen, you may choose from the following: 1) transfer to the VIRTUAL event, 2) donate your registration fee to our charity, or 3) defer your registration to 2021.

If we were forced to cancel the event, and you had ordered a shirt, there would be three days of packet pickup for your convenience, September 24, 25, 26.***

This year’s *LIVE race will be limited to 250 runners* per Pennsylvania state guidelines due to COVID-19. Your best chance of getting in is to register early.

This year’s race includes both a LIVE and a VIRTUAL race. Runners around the world have embraced VIRTUAL racing in 2020, and we wanted to add this option to our 2020 edition! You can register for the LIVE, or the VIRTUAL, or register for each of the events (**you must register separately for each event if you wish to do both**).

Thursday, September 24, 2020 from 3 pm through 7 pm
Friday, September 25, 2020 from 3 pm to 7pm
Saturday, September 26, 2020 from 6 am to 7:45 am

** Avoid long lines on race-day by using Thursday and Friday packet pick up. **

RACE SHIRTS
Great 2020 tech shirts will be available for purchase for $10.00. You can purchase, if you choose, during online registration. Male and female styles and sizing.

SPECIAL SOCIAL DISTANCING GUIDELINES FOR 2020 LIVE RACE

** Our goal is the health and safety of all runners, volunteers, and the community. **

During all packet pickup, follow social distancing rules. Stay six feet from people outside of your own household. Wear a mask. Please do not congregate.

Race Start: Do not congregate in the venue prior to the race.
Proceed to the race start area at 7:50 AM, 10 minutes prior to race start time.
Use all of the space in the race start area to allow for social distancing.

Water Station: The water station will be located on both sides of Hamilton Ave. Runners will pass by at 3.5 miles and 0.5 miles to go. We will have unopened, 8 oz water bottles set on the tables and this will be self-serve, with volunteers (wearing masks and gloves) refilling the tables as needed. ** Please hold the bottles until you can toss into a recycling receptacle at the water station or at the post-race venue. Please do not litter. **

At Pre- and Post-Race Venue

Hand sanitizing units will be set up around the venue. Please use them.
Wear a mask except when you are eating or drinking.
Follow social distancing rules. Stay six feet away from people outside of your own household. Wear a mask.

Porta Johns will be separated by 6 ft. Please stand 6 ft apart while in line. Bathrooms will also be available in the White Rose Bar & Grill. Please stand six feet apart and please wear a mask.

Food and drink (a sandwich and a beer!!) will again be provided by our partner, the White Rose Restaurant Group. Please use appropriate social distancing when in line. White Rose B&G servers with masks and gloves will distribute.
